Ken began his career in the real estate industry in 1978 as an analyst for a regional development company and quickly moved up the ladder, holding positions as Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President. With the wealth of knowledge and expertise he acquired in that time, he went on to establish the Vector Companies in 1985.
With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in commercial development, acquisition, turn-around, and disposition of distressed properties, he places an emphasis on “work-out” engagements which utilize expertise in the areas of development, construction, marketing, operations, and accounting.
