Erica Delgado

Erica joined Vector in 2022 as a sales associate.

Entering the real estate profession after excelling as a Marketing Director for Aaron’s Furniture Company and welcoming her first child, Erica found her passion in residential real estate. With extensive experience in corporate housing and collaborating with RIETS for 5 years, real estate was a natural transition.

As an agent with Wingate Realty in Tampa, Erica assisted the with several commercial real estate projects, which exposed her to land acquisition, commercial leases and identifying sites for assisted living facilities and hotels. Erica then progressed to working for the largest homebuilder in the US, DR Horton. Here she put together DR Horton’s online sales program.

Erica was then recruited by Mattamy Homes, a national builder, as the internet sales liaison which grew from the Tampa/ Sarasota area to selling all Mattamy Home communities in the state of Florida.

More recently, working with Rutland Commercial in St. Petersburg has benefitted and strengthened Erica’s local connections as well as broadening her knowledge of the exciting future downtown development as an active participant of the Development Council Downtown Partnership.
