Kenneth W. Heretick, President - Vector Properties, Inc.

Full Service Real Estate CompanyKen started in the real estate industry in 1978 as an analyst for a regional development company. After using his skills and knowledge of the real estate industry to become Vice President, Executive Vice President and then President; he then went on to establish the Vector Companies in 1985. Today he has over 30 years of experience in the industry and specializes in commercial development, acquisition, turn-around, and disposition of distressed properties. He places a specific emphasis on "work-out" engagements that utilize expertise within the areas of development, construction, marketing, operation, and accounting. Ken received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Belmont Abbey College; he then continued his education to receive an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. Ken is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker and Community Association Manager with the State of Florida.

 


Ned E. Willis, President - Vector Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC
Tampa Commercial Real EstateNed began his career in the real estate industry in 1983 and specializes in sales, leasing, tenant representation, and property management. He is also skilled in negotiation and re-negotiation of office, commercial, retail, and industrial leases/acquisitions. With over 25 years experience, he has managed receiverships throughout the State of Florida with properties including: offices, apartment and condominium complexes in addition to mobile home parks, and single family developments. Ned is a licensed State of Florida Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati with concentrations in Marketing and Real Estate.

 


Blakemore Kearney, Sales Associate
St. Petersburg Commercial Real EstateBlakemore joined The Vector Companies 2005 and specializes in sales, leasing, tenant representation, and property management.  He has represented Office, Industrial, Medical and Retail clients by assisting with every aspect of the clients needs from site evaluation to occupancy.  He currently manages and leases the 83,000 square foot Wildewood Office Complex in Bradenton, Florida and provides services in leasing, operating cost reduction programs and overall asset management. Blakemore is a licensed State of Florida Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in both finance and real estate from Florida State University.

 


Michael B. Heretick, Sales Associate
FL Real EstateMichael came into the real estate industry in February 2009. He currently oversees Vector’s receiverships and provides property management services. Michael is a licensed State of Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and received his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida in 2007.

 


Paul V. Heretick, Sales Associate
With a background in banking, accounting, and sales, Paul joined Vector Realty in 1990 and has been involved in real estate investment and syndication, distressed property turnaround, receiverships, property management, tax assessment appeals, tenant and buyer representation, land development, real estate sales, financing, and bank credit quality consulting. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Joshua is a licensed Sales Associate with Vector Commercial Real Estate Services. Since joining Vector at the beginning of 2014, Joshua has developed a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from start-up office users to national chain retailers to regional industrial companies. Joshua covers the whole spectrum of sales and lease transactions, with experience negotiating on behalf of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. This experience provides him with valuable expertise in understanding the desires and bargaining positions of all parties, which he can then leverage for your benefit.

 


Joseph Lieser, Sales AssociateTampa Commercial Real Estate
Joseph is a proactive Broker. His specialty is raising money, negotiating, and finding deals. In short, his focus is on one primary goal: making sales happen. Joseph's focus at The Vector Companies is on the purchase and sale of value-add properties in Tampa Bay. His creativity and synergetic approach in negotiating complex deals have made him a valuable asset in commercial real estate. Joseph began his career in the marine industry. He founded Global Marine Boats, a company that specializes in the speculative purchase of boats and yachts for resale. The model he used (and continues to use) for selling yachts is the same he uses to buy and sell commercial real estate. From the capital intensive model for buying and selling yachts, Joseph quickly learned to build relationships with private equity firms and investors, and he learned the importance of developing a proactive network of buyers and sellers capable of closing more deals in less time. So, today Joseph devotes himself to being the deal guy—quick, efficient, and reliable—negotiating and sourcing opportunities for a team of proven investors.


Doug Studer, Sales AssociateTampa Commercial Real Estate
Doug is a licensed Sales Associate with Vector Commercial Real Estate Services. Doug has an extensive background in the financial services industry, with specialties in Real Estate Investment Trusts, Private Placement Memorandum, and 10-31 exchanges. His comprehensive services include all brokerage representation, property management, consulting and financial analysis, along with development in the Tampa Bay area. Doug specializes in applying his expertise and knowledge to these services along with exceptional customer service to help each client achieve the results and satisfaction they desire.

 


Myles Gaythwaite, Sales AssociateTampa Commercial Real Estate
Myles has an extensive background in financial services and sales prior to becoming active in real estate in 2006 when he became involved in real estate analysis, investment land development and sales. He joined Vector Realty in 2016 and is continuing his prior activity and involvement in real estate investment and sales. He holds an undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson and a graduate degree in Banking from LSU as well as attending St. John’s University School of Law and Pace University Graduate School of Business. His education and experience provides him an excellent background in credit, consulting, financial analysis and all aspects of sales. He is a former Naval Flight Officer – Intelligence Specialist.

 


Hayden Peiker, Sales Associate
Hayden is a licensed Sales Associate with Vector Commercial Real Estate Services. He began his career in the real estate industry in 2016. Since joining Vector, Hayden has gained knowledge and experience with representing both buyers and sellers. Hayden is native to the Tampa Bay area which has allowed him to create a large network of associates.
